  Run of the mill corporate environment that had straw wrappers on the floor, mediocre service at best, and frozen prepackaged dinners. This one in particular might as well do away with the servers as it seemed just as effective to get up and get your own meal or wait 3 more hours

  This place is pretty good. It is a well run franchise. I am more of an independent type person and enjoy unique experiences as opposed to the same thing over and over. That being said the staff was friendly and the service was attentive enough to get them 3 stars...
  
  The worst part of any Chili's in my opinion is the quality/caliber of food they use... low-grade to mid-grade... nothing is top shelf, well except maybe their liquor.

  Food is usually good. For the most part the service is good. It has ups and downs. My main complaint is they can't get their salsa right! I have to go to other chilis locations because their salsa is just water. It's so runny and gross.

  This Chili's consistently has quality food and service. They make it convenient to order and pay for your food with their kiosk. Their prices can be a little expensive, however it is worth the good food. Sometimes it can take a little while for the food to come out (depending on what you order).
