  I went to get a Large Iced Latte, nothing fancy or complicated. When she handed it to me my cup was only filled HALF WAY! I asked her if she could fill it to the top and she told me she could not that I would have to purchase another drink...are you kidding me? I already bought one that was made incorrectly on her part not mine so why would I pay for another screw up? Excuse me Ms. Barista but for future note when people order a drink they expect it to be filled up. You know to the Tipity Top! When we order a size that is what we want, not the size down...and when you mess up you correct it!! But the few sips I did get tasted wonderful so no need to correct your coffee making just your customer service skills!
